The location of this mid-class hotel is breathtaking, with fantastic views over the lake and mountains. the rooms, although a bit dated, are still cozy and comfortable. the bathroom is clean and functional. the service is fantastic, with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious, with a large selection of options available. the hotel also offers some great facilities, including a big swimming pool and nice gardens, perfect for relaxing in.
It can get noisy at times, particularly if events are held in the event halls directly beneath the rooms.

The view from our room at Amancay was absolutely breathtaking. We were able to enjoy the stunning scenery of the lake and mountains every day. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to beautiful viewpoints. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for its incredible views and tasty breakfast.

The hotel had an amazing lakeview with big rooms, a big swimming pool, and nice gardens inside a park. The breakfast was delicious and there were many options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel provided great breakfast options and some of the rooms had amazing views over a nearby lake and mountains. Its location was convenient for seeing some of the best viewpoints in the area.
The hotel room itself was outdated and in need of renovation. the room service was very disappointing due to the lack of menus and insufficient staff to deliver the service.

The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning! You can admire it from both the breakfast area and the comfortable rooms. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Plus, the breakfast selection is varied, with a lot of tasty options.
The hotel is quite old and a bit outdated, it definitely needs some renovation. The Wi-Fi in the rooms is slow and unreliable.
